SunTech Drive team is in the race for developing high power density inverter, the worldwide competition rganized by Google, with a Grand Prize of $1,000,000. The objective is to design and build a kW-scale inverter with the highest power density (at least 50 Watts per cubic inch). Inverter development is inline with SunTech Drive’s technology development of standalone off-grid AC water pump, and team feels fairly confident to design and build the prototype that will meet Google’s requirements.
